酒質介紹 :

葡萄品種：100% Chardonnay。
風土：Vin de France的範疇多為法國日常用酒，自2010年開始取代其前身Vin de Table，並被廣泛使用，在酒標上能選擇是否標示品種、年份。分級上雖在AOP、IGP之下，但許多酒莊不抗拒使用它，因為這個法國酒分級，給予酒莊很大的自由去釀造一款在當地不符合AOP規定的酒。
釀造：手工採收100%除梗，特選酵母進行酒精發酵，並且最終階段允許發酵溫度上升至40度C約24小時，全部酒款除了Regionale以外，皆使用100%新桶培養，裝瓶前不澄清也不過濾。

酒莊經典的夏多內白酒，多數來自酒莊於上夜丘的葡萄園。2020年份白酒重現了布根地經典年份的調性，酸度十足，架構緊緻，中等重量的酒體，充滿著成熟柑橘、黃色水果、香料、礦物風味，尾韻綿長，適合搭配淋上白醬的雞肉或海鮮料理。
